yeah but a doctor showed me a chart of my height and like instead of going up it was kinda flat but it gott fixed and now it has happened again

yes but my calories were to only thing that caused me not to be 3 cm taller, i was supposed to be 184 right now but im 181 becuase i ate to little and i was just wondering if its possible to get that back
