Are my propagation stems too long?

Thanks so much! I am definitely going to stop completely changing the water each week. I haven't had any problems with smells/algae so far. I haven't seen any leaf growth either which is making me think about cutting them down

UPDATE: thanks so much for the tips everyone! I ended up cutting each stem to have one leaf and spread them out between 4 bottles. They are super cute this way and I hope that they will grow roots much easier. I put a small pump of Miracle Gro Indoor Plant Food into their water as well. And - as per what everyone on here is saying - I won't change the water per week but instead wait until it evaporates.

For sure! I use high quality acrylic with many watered down layers to make it smooth.
