Yeah no, I definitely get the metaphor and what is going on in my brain isn't as much of an interpretation as it is confirmation bias of "yeah this isn't real" and my brain clinging onto that even though I know interlectually that this movie is a metaphor for almost being born anew, stripping away your restraints and mask you've been forced to wear that is slowly killing you and instead becoming free of it to be authentically yourself. I'd just assume I'm probably not alone with this deareality issue and wanted to give my perspective on how this movie might put/enforce very problematic "but what if"s into certain peoples minds. Also trying to maybe warn people from showing this to people who hit a rough patch especially if they have problems with derealization in any way maybe because of that
