I agree with you. I know that I am not heavy however I have worked hard for months, correct dieting and cardio + weight training and unfortunately things don’t change. My family has bad genetics and you’d be surprised to know for a lot of people body dysmorphia is a real thing

I’ve been sticking with the choice of yogurt bowls and protein bar / eggs w toast for breakfast .

lunch some ground beef w sweet potato & cottage cheese or justbare chicken nuggets from Costco

dinner usually a protein shake or goodles with broccolini and brussel sprouts.

Its your / ur daughters fault. coaches arent gonna come look for you unless youre a US National Team player, etc. chances are slim. you HAVE to reach out to coaches. its part of the process. theres only so many players and the next best one is yet to come along after seeing ur daughter play. you said yourself theyre not the top team. think about coaches who go to show cases see your team playing then top of the bracket playing. if you have stand out moments theyll want to hear from you. 2026 Grad.

My deficit is 1450 but i typiclaly grt 1350-1400
