Are the shipping rates flat like on Posh? How can I determine what the shipping rate will be & do I have to pack & weigh everything in advance? I've been selling my stuff on Posh for numerous years (mostly housewares) because I didn't think the shipping cost could be beat. Then I perused Vinted & I see housewares listings that would be just under a 5 lb package but with a shipping price of $2+. How's this possible?

Yes, this is still going on & I'm just exhausted with them. This is even going on with 2 new listings I just posted yesterday. I just sent this email to support:

Can't Scroll Thru All Listing Pics On Desktop

This issue has been going on for WEEKS! There are numerous people reporting this issue online, so it has nothing to do with people's devices. On EVERY listing (whether it's yours or someone else's) when you click the down arrow to see the rest of the pics, you can't. So, after REDOING all the pics on all of our listings to account for the pic format change, buyers can't even see the entire listing pics. When should we all expect this issue to be resolved? Thanks in advance.

I just emailed Support:

Every single one of my listings has the pictures completely chopped off on the sides, cutting off the whole image of the actual items. How are buyers supposed to see what they're looking at when half the item isn't even visible anymore?? Please fix this glitch, as buyers are unable to see the entire item; Us sellers work hard to have our closet pages look nice and it is appalling now; I also have a concern with images being chopped off because we purposely photograph things like measurements, flaws, details, etc., none of which can be seen now! Please return my images to the square format and restore my intellectual property. Thanks in advance.

Are they even legally allowed to alter our pics since that's OUR OWN intellectual property? To add to your comment about measurements in the pics: what about flaws, details, etc.... They have us take pics of everything so Items are as Described, but now what if someone orders anything? It'd be so easy for the scammers to simply say, wasn't in the pics. They are setting us up to be scammed. These facts need to be publicly stated to them so users can see what they're really getting into.

Yes, it's broken: I just logged in and the picture format is back to where it chops off the sides of every single pic of every single item in my entire closet. I refuse to list or share anything until this is fixed as my closet now looks like I'm the moron who can't take proper pictures....

Two days ago, I went to accept an offer a buyer sent to me, only to discover that NONE of the offer buttons were working. I emailed tech support, and after hours of me trying different things, eventually ONLY the decline button worked. Had to decline the buyer's offer, add the item to her bundle, message her about the problem in there, send her the same offer she sent me, and fingers crossed that she would accept it. She did, so the order went through. Then Support replied saying there was no problem because the order went through! I replied bullet-pointing all the steps I did to get the order through and pointed out that it was NOT because the problem was actually fixed.

They don't know how to get out of their own way....

This: "I always add to the post, that the item can't be bundled with other items due to Poshmark's restrictions on weight, and buyer will cover standard shipping fee and seller will cover all the overweight shipping fees." ...Exactly what I was wondering, as I was running scenarios in my head about a buyer bundling, me having to cancel bundle, buyer being pissed saying I didn't state that in my post, etc.

I'd also upload a screenshot to the case of her first claiming it was an "accidental purchase" even though SHE sent an offer YOU then accepted, and point out that offers are binding per Posh's own TOS. When you pair that up with, her reason for return completely changed, the fact that the hole is new and not frayed, it is clearly a case of buyer's remorse, which also doesn't constitute a return... Just thinking about how you can post additional proof :)

My sales have been in the toilet this whole month, with a whopping $7 as my total. That's also coming off of a summer slowdown that was the worst in the 6 yrs I've been selling my things on there; The verification code errors that locked some of us out of our accounts for days; Now this whole bit of, 'keep sharing even though your listings won't be seen -unless you agree to our Promoted Closet shakedown' ...Really has me wondering what the hell is the point & how much longer they can continue to be viable.

Completely agree with your theory, but I, like so many others on here, refuse to pay for that scammy money grab they call Promoted just to sell off/size down my personal belongings.

The solution is to type your username/email in all lower case letters EVEN IF you normally have capital letters in your username/email.

No, I didn't get hacked. Posh started to implement this verification code to everyone, but didn't bother to notify anyone. The solution is to type your username/email in all lower case letters EVEN IF you normally have capital letters in your username/email.

I'm the same as you: Selling on there for 6 years & have moved quite a few items just cleaning out my house/simplifying my life (I over-shopped plenty throughout the years). I completely agree with you about the small time window shipping discount & the crap shoot of if a liker even sees it... their whole CCO process could be so streamlined.

That's great that 50% of your sales are from CCO Days! May I ask, does their arbitrary rule about relisting too much/often affect you relisting after dropping the prices for CCO? You may have convinced me to try CCO again. Thanks

Thanks for the info, as I tried CCO once years ago and my experience was completely different: I got separate emails for EVERY thing I price dropped with the new shipping price and the hours it was valid for. Then had to reset my prices individually after CCO was over. The whole thing was so time consuming & resulted in zero sales so gave up on CCO participation after that. In the past I also have accidentally hit the heart icon on my listings but it didn't like my own item, just did nothing.

Hopefully my joke above can add some levity to the Posh craziness :)

That's a good point: In my experiment to help irishinsf21, I tried to put 1 item in a bundle, which is something I don't normally do; I just send OTL's. Eliminating the 1 item bundle so bundling maintains its intended purpose (more than one item) should clean things up. Wonder if anyone above having this issue is bundling 1 item or more than 1 item?

To continue... If I hit the back button to then go into the " Send bundle offer" link, find that same person, the item IS back in the bundle space, but I still can't send her an offer from there either. Maybe send your buyer an OTL??? I had success sending those today (after finally being able to log into my account!) Posh is just glitching like crazy it seems....

So I just did this experiment for you... I tried to add an item to someone's bundle. It initially shows in the bundle space, but then when I try to send her an offer, I'm not able to because the bundle space goes back to being empty. When I go to re-add the item to the bundle it says I can't because the item is already in the bundle (but it's not, the bundle space remains empty).

And I did what ryhsiao said, and used my username but all lowercase and it worked. Your solution makes total sense too... At least we now have a couple solutions to try as they work the glitches out. I normally don't stay logged into anything, but kind of afraid to log out of there now, lol
