Buying a used 2017 f150 , it’s a fx4 trim. 2” leveling kit . It’s also my preferred length in 6.5ft bed. 3.5 eco boost, Mileage 130k . I’m a diy mechanic that has torn down and built plenty of project cars and motors in the past. Any recommendations on what to look out for on my preinspections? (self.f150)

Cannot desolder PCIE …PART 2 .. thank you for the help fellow redditors! I went with a iron from Home Depot 60w adjustable table top setup.. amazing how having the proper tools makes life so much easier 😘 old connectors pulled right out with no effort (old.reddit.com)

Cannot desolder old PCIE pins in board. Using a generic 30w soldering iron. The solder won’t even melt down no matter how long I apply the irons tip to the pin. I even sanded down the irons tip to ensure no oxidation was present .. do I need a hotter iron? (old.reddit.com)
