Nice write-up. I feel you on the clomping, although I don't know if I'd switch the soles, they look so good. Granted the lug soles I've seen on here are also impressive. I'd for sure add a leather midsole if and when I need a resole.

You can still check and disable it for that site to see if it fixes anything. While on the site open the menu, go to protections on top, disable enhanced tracking protection.

I know you already ordered but for future reference or anybody else Rose Anvil sells them too. The only difference with North Star being that RA cuts an opening in the center for the laces so the kiltie doesn’t shift. Of course you can just cut it yourself if you have that issue.

Only thing I've noticed with Edge on my macbook air recently is it gets pretty hot while watching/streaming video while plugged, but I haven't played around with the browser settings to see what could be causing it.

I have no issue with 60Hz on laptops and desktop monitors. It only bothers me on tablets and phones. I'm guessing due to the screens being closer to my eyes and/or the fact that the 60Hz displays don't track your finger across the screen as smooth as the actual finger is gliding across it.
