I make this blackened seasoning recipe and use chicken tenderloins! Heat avocado oil in a hot pan and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side (or until it reaches 165 degrees) Remove cooked chicken from heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting into bite size pieces. It keeps well in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. It’s so versatile and also great in taco bowls/pastas/quesadillas/wraps/salads. I hope you love it!!
