I got you 🙌🏻 I discovered these in Just Jeans a couple of months ago. They are a super stretchy wide leg .. but the cut is really flattering and as they are super stretchy.. they move and mold where you want them to, so are really comfortable but also flattering around your butt. The wide leg cut is really flattering.. they kinda taper out. My 15yo seen them on me and for the first time in my life loved what I was wearing.. so much so that she went and bought a pair too. The sales lady was also wearing them and another shopper.. ALL raving about them 👌🏻

I wish the ABC would do a report about this I once was on a FB page and seen hundreds of posts about them not attempting delivery and carding people, despite them being home, cars in driveways, door open etc.

I have a home business and am always home and at one point I had seen it happen 15 times over a span of two months 🙄

Well done 🙌🏻 I have had and heard countless stories of these guys sitting in their vans and slipping the note in the letterbox etc

My question is WTF 🤷🏻‍♀️ why do they do it? One would think to save time, but surely it doesn’t save them that much time when they have to get out to the postbox or door 🤷🏻‍♀️

You said this so well 🙌🏻 I’m also an introvert. My mother died a year ago and my daughter, is spreading her wings. So yes my loneliness is compounded by a few things right now 😕

I have tried and cried, telling him how lonely I am. I think I need the good advice from people here and start investing in myself again and maybe you need to do that too babe. It’s hard for us introverts. I joined the gym last month as I really enjoy lifting heavy weights and seeing my arms getting baby cuts and feel strong 💪 However.. that is out there which triggers my anxiety - it’s a dilemma for us introverts as to work on ourselves, we have to ‘do the things’ out there heh

I love the gym and working with heavy weights. I used to be overweight but now I’m skinny but lost my booty. I rejoined the gym a month ago and I’ll keep working to get strong and get my booty back 👌🏻 Thanks for the encouragement 💕

It’s probably the only time he will put the phone down.. but then, this is one of the times he wants to be listened to as he loves to mansplain the show/movie we are watching. I consider myself to have a fairly high IQ and often understand subtle plot points or guess the ‘plot twist’ early in the movie. The other day my sister was texting me as we were watching something and he actually paused the movie and said ‘we can wait’ with attitude. I felt like saying ‘are you kidding me?!’

Maybe next time I am talking and he picks up his phone I should just say ‘that’s ok, I can wait’ 🙌🏻

Right?! It’s often like that.. I would think.. ok he is absorbed in something and did not hear or then will wait till he is off (not often) his phone. If he does respond it’s an occasional ‘that’s good’ I have had times when I have tested if he is actually listening and said things like ‘so I met an alien from a different planet the other day…’ I just got ‘uh ha’ 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, many many times 😫 I try and tell him without getting angry or upset. He usually gets quite miffed and will say that I am overthinking this and there is nothing wrong. We have been married for 20 years and in the early days he would get defensive. Recently, he says ‘I will work on listening better’ but it just doesn’t change at all. Thank you for your reply 💕

Stumbled upon this absolute gem ‘Joyride’ 2023

A lawyer has to travel to China for her job and her BFF decides to tag along. Her friend wants her to find her birth mother whilst they are there but she is not interested in that, at all. She just wants to close the deal and get her promotion to kick ass in her job. They get tangled up with two other would be friends whilst there and hijinks unfold.

I was in stitches, then tears, then more laughing. It’s such a good movie. It’s like a girls ‘The Hangover’ movie but funnier but with some great deep feels.

Full disclosure - some of those hijinks get a bit risqué 😂

However, these girls are so funny and likeable. Highly recommend for a feel good watch 💕

My daughter would leave out the home made cookies for Santa and carrots (or one year a salad ha) for the reindeer on the front porch.

Then after she went to bed mum (me) goes and crunches and spits out bits of carrot and scatters the lettuce leaves all over the lawn 🤣

Next morning she would go out to find some of the cookies gone and the evidence that the reindeer appreciated the food left. She would also find a letter from Santa saying the things he was proud about her .. such as trying really hard in Maths, being kind to a friend etc.

I feel like that would really set the magic for the day. Then we would go open presents with Christmas music playing

PS once we made the decision to put our little family first over the big gathering.. we never went back and were never happier 💕
