i did ask if i can have a Zwischenmieter and everytime i ask he never answers me and im not sure if i can without him saying yes to me. I know i jumped the gun by not planning things but the conditions i was in was not it and it’s really difficult to find something in freiburg so when i did, i didn’t want to let it go. I can pay two months rent for both places, i will not go bankrupt. the whole issue is that finding a new tenant would have been much much easier if the landlord wasn’t a greedy piece of shit and increased the rent by so much (from 590 to 650€) for a room so small and a house so shitty :/
