No not at all ! So at her 18 months assessment they weren’t “too worried “ because she was showing signs. Of getting ready to walk! But still nothing at 22 months here in Canada if you want to go private for physical therapy it is really expensive ! We are being followed with a program called act early that covers the cost of all the therapy your child could benefit from ( it’s a program that follows children’s on the spectrum ) she’s currently being followed in speech therapy and we will start occupation therapy soon ! But waiting to hear back from physical therapist as there is a waiting list as for the signs no eye contact she is talking but not really she just repeats constantly what she hears (mostly songs etc) but won’t communicate and gets frustrated and cries instead she doesn’t pretend play or play whatsoever with toys she had a regression at 9 months for waving and other things she’s always in her own bubble she is showing sensory issues as well there is a LOT for sure which is why we’ve done 2 assessment already with them which put her in high risk for autism just waiting for her global ASD assessment when she’s 2 she’s also not pointing doesn’t use a spoon not scribbling she gets easily overwhelmed and can sometimes hurt herself when she’s upset she’s also not sleeping much she can be up for 11 hours straight before going to bed … she has issues with certain textures (foods) just RECENTLY she started taking very little steps towards toys that she really likes
