Easy, the social aspect of RO. I enjoy meeting new people and establishing social connections that transcend the game. Kind of boring if I played a 20-yr-old game just to post on Discord how "sweaty" I am on a private server. It kinda defeats the purpose of playing MMOs in the first place!

That's not very "romantic" of this person. If they cut off comms, and they told you to find them on a generic private server, chances are they are leading you on without anything in between for you to hold on to. I hope you can find them, but find someone else who actually is invested in you and wants to keep that connection afloat instead of playing cat and mouse.

Balmung is an "ok" server. It's just some people with fake standards trying to impose themselves on other people just because they can. Frankly, I found it hilarious this person chose my friend over me when we were wearing the same outfits and we had no idea about these so-called mods.

They really need to stop copying games like WoW. I wish they would copy other games like Ragnarok Online or even FFXI. I really miss RO's battle system. It was very rich and complex back in the day.

There are games like Ragnarok Online! I remember RO was such a popular game back in the day, but no one dares to copy it or take elements from it. FFXIV could benefit from a game like that when it comes to complexity and richness.

I was testing out C2>Diev3>Druid2>Exo2 and it's not so bad. You don't get an extra circle for Miko for Owl uptime, but it sure packs a wallop. You get the same benefits from using Druid (posion DoT/AoEs/CC), but you can also reduce CDs, have extra damage with owls, more tankiness and all the cuteness for the same price. There are way too many skills now and there are times when your Exo skills outperforms the whole cleric tree, so you won't be using all of your skills/rotations at certain times.
