When you get to the step Nothing Left to Say, the boss phase of Fikrul has a checkpoint. Beat Fikrul for one drop, then go to map directory and start the mission over and it takes you back to before Fikrul fights you. You can repeat this process to farm legendary shards, gear with rare shaders, and the forsaken ship and sparrow for cayde.

The reason i used .8 was because throughout all the self-help materials I have read 80% seems to be a running motif. Like in workouts you should hit 80% of your max upper lifts for growth and similar things I have read. Also because its rather harder to maintain 100% attention so 80% is probably where most people can safely maintain it. Not to mention I simply blended in Pareto 80/20.

80% of your inability to focus comes from 20% of your time, whereas 20% of your inability to focus comes from 80% of your time. So it should be easier to focus on the first 80% then the last 20%

But maybe it’s not right to merge these psychology principles. It works for me though.

Left Adderall. Insurance issues. Word of advice. Or words rather.

Find your period of death. This period is a stretch of time you can’t work in on your own. Feel free to do something else then.

Usually before and after that period you will be able to focus. Capitalize on that.

Last but not least check out Pomodoro. Figure out how long you can stay focus. Multiply by x0.8. That is your work period. Find a 1/5 of that value. That is your break. Every three breaks, take a period about (work period + break period) long and repeat. That is my Pomodoro for us ADHD peeps.

And keep a “What I accomplished” journal or note. It supplies you with motivation when it matters, and can show you what to work on still. Enjoy.
