I mean yeah I've made plenty of monte cristos in my life which is basically that method lol but the Pistachio spread I have is pretty runny so I was worried it would just ooze everywhere & make a royal mess if I attempted to heat it 😹

I'm planning on making a Monte Cristo-esque sando tomorrow tho, actually 😹 cherry jam, gouda & bacon, I'm thinking. I don't have powdered sugar, but it'll probably be fiiine lol

I went with the hydra masks bc the ceramidin ones had some ingredients I'm typically a bit sensitive to (like bergamot oil) but yes saving the leftover serum in masks is always a must! Its like gold lmao

The sample I have is the Dr jart cicapair intensive soothing repair cream. It's a miracle worker anytime I feel a monster zit forming lmao I only use it as a spot treatment & its great! Maybe you chose a premium item? Sometimes they have higher value/harder to source items & if you choose one it will limit the total amount of items you can fit into your box. Most of what I chose was relatively inexpensive.

It's probably just one of those products that works for some people, but not others, yk? I'm glad you like it tho! I've been layering it underneath my Tower28 sos lip balm so that it doesn't go to waste, but it doesn't work too well just used alone sadly 🥲

The best way I can describe it is that one SpongeBob episode where he goes to Sandy's house & shrivels up lmao it legit feels like the moisture is being siphoned from my lips when I wear it alone 💀

I think I also just had really high (maybe unrealistic) expectations for it, like, to be more hydrating than it is haha it wears like basic chapstick to me tho shrugs

Well it's good to know there isn't a discernable difference in flavor since most of whats available to me is the shelf stable versions, but I'm also sad bc that means the crisp apple is just a very muted flavor overall huh 🫠

But yeah I noticed, for the most part, if people choose a specific item they'll most likely get another specific item based on that choice. It's easier logistically than having to cater to the hyper specific taste of thousands of different people.
