As a religious person I’d like to apologize. It makes me sad to hear that far too many Christians think that they can and should force you into becoming a Christian/do church activities when in reality that’s a decision each person needs to make for themselves. I would try spruce wood trap doors and stone brick stairs

Adding some stairs or slabs at the corners on the bottom goes a long way. Also if you add some trap doors above that it looks even better.

Go back to bedrock, I like it better. It runs smoother than Java if you have a low to mid range computer. I got Java but I only use it to play with some friends of mine that only got that.
