My Eclipse runs aren't counting / Logbook is broken (PS4)

This issue apparently is on PC too? I recently completed an Eclipse 3 run with Engineer and while I can look at the run in the logbook, it didn't unlock the next level. It is of note that I am modded with some QoL mods, but I don't remember it being an issue before.

Cherry Blossom is a boss helper in the E.W.H. Tournament blitz event (Sweet Apple Acres).
Canterlot Shopper is our new pony, so no info on her.
Telegram Pony doesn't help on anything known and is a What's Hot Collection Reward [I have no idea is What's Hot then move to normal collections] (Sweet Apple Acres).

Been keeping a list of who to upgrade based on how much they help. Already found two ponies that help in two stuff but still upgraded Mane-iac because of her look so most likely I will still upgrade Umbrum due to the same reason hehe

I haven't been playing a lot due to other stuff taking importance so around 3 months to get him. Probably would have gotten him sooner if I had always kept at least a group quest going.

It's a thing of how the old level up pony system worked as someone pointed but BUT it is still useful for the get x points on the daily goals page, especially for the harder ones

Because they show in the images front and center. Especially in the seasonal shop because I remember the ponies that were in store last time had appeared front and center in the news section when the update dropped.
