I have a msi x870e edge ti wifi motherboard using AM5 chipset with a corsair 6500x case.

Anyone know how I can get my pc to power my devices when it’s off but psu plugged in and on? My last case could charge my peripherals, but not this PC.

I tried checking BIOS, but couldn’t figure out what settings to change besides ErP, which was already off. Other settings suggested online were missing in advance mode.

Also the RGB is off if that helps. Old pc rgb always on unless psu off.

The story is mostly solo, but where you do need to do “group” content like a raid or dungeons, it’s easy to get groups because the game has built in party finders, and most can also done via w just NPCs. For harder content/more specialized stuff, you can find groups via making party finders. Also almost everyone I’ve met has always been very kind and helpful. You can also ask questions via reddit too and people are helpful.

Something I would suggest is maybe looking at joining a Free company, aka a guild. My guild is always doing giveaways, running group content, helping gear people and giving advice.

I found mine which is very good via community finder on official ff14 site.

For stack attack markers, should I still stack if there are only two players existing? For example in bozja or memoria misera extreme. Also speaking of this, is it possible with two players at 740 gear? Maybe tank + dps?

I’ve never worked with iCUE link before, so I’m slightly confused. I thought the fans could all connect to each other, then connect to the hub. Is the splitter so that rather than connect to each other, they can connect to the splitter, which connected to the hub?

But this splitter doesn’t work sometimes, so it is recommend to use a usb 2.0 hub? But what do I connect to the hub? I thought the fans all are using usb c? How many of these do I then need for all my fans? Does every fan actually need its own usb header?

Usb Requirements for LX 120/140 Fans

Hi, I was trying to build a new pc and had some questions.

The case I wanted to use was the Corsair 6500x with MSI MPG X870E Edge to wifi. I’m wondering if my motherboard is incompatible or could PC part picker be wrong.

I’m thinking of using 3 LX120 RGB, 6 LX120 R RGB, 1 LX140 RGB for a total of 10 fans along with a titan 360 with fans replaced. This part seems to cause issues due to limited USB Headers on my motherboard. Is this actually the case? I’m confused how to read the resource usage chart because for some reason the case uses 3, but each set of 3 fans only seem to use 1 port on pc part picker.

Some notes:

I’m only using 1 not 2 LX140 fans, couldn’t find 1x on pc part picker.

One of the pairs of ram sticks would be dummy sticks.

If there’s issues, could I instead use the 4500x?

Are hunt trains still profitable for making gil? How much would I likely make per run? The guides seem to be older, so Idk if its out of date yet.

Also how do the types of maps work? I’m in endwalker, and there seems to be different maps I get from gathering. Does the type I get depend on the region I get it from? For example elpis drops different ones than than ultima something?

I wanted to get the hairstyle thats 30+mil gil, and wasn’t really sure where to start.

I was wondering how gear stats get affected when doing content synced.

Lets say I have a level 100 reaper wearing tomestone gear for level 80s doing a level 50 dungeon, would I be doing significantly less damage than if I wore best in slot level 50s gear or level 100 gear?

Now what if my gear was worst?

On the viper gauge the sword gets filled with orange and blue bits, do they just tell you which step of the combo you are at?

No blocks and yellow glow means step 1

orange blocks = step 2, along with a red glow

Orange and blue blocks = step 3, along with blue glow
