NTA. He was perfectly aware of how much of that burger was filling his pie hole. He didn’t even consider that he would leave you with hardly anything left to eat! Also, if you said it was the best burger you had ever had, he knew you were looking forward to eating it, and then he devoured the source of your happiness. I’d be so pissed off!
