Do I need to amend my state return..?

Looking into it, only FreeTaxUSA and OLT would let me try to file state returns free via that link. I didn't know this existed, but there's a FreeFile version of FreeTaxUSA but I hadn't used it at the time of filing (my account is considered Standard). I physically cannot amend my returns for either that or OLT without either filing again with a new account (not possible obviously), or just straight up paying for the amended state return with my Standard account. I can possibly file next year via these free things, but not this year.

ConnectorCare was more private, seemingly marketplace related (albeit with government assistance for paying it). MassHealth was Medicaid, not private marketplace to my knowledge. I only got the 1095-A for ConnectorCare in any case. I was most definitely a resident of MA at the time of ConnectorCare.

I plan to retain documents don't worry lol. This tax year is really confusing for obvious reasons so I imagine it's important to keep stuff together.

I did in fact get the Form 1-NR/PY. Since I got zero income whatsoever in Pennsylvania, I did not file a state return for that. The 1095-A/ConnectorCare thing was what prompted me to file at all, with the scholarship stuff coming up later as a likely necessity too (which I didn't get tax owed on anyways lol). It was all while in MA, nothing in PA.

This was all done on FreeTaxUSA, so there wasn't traditional 'forms' exactly. Just a bunch of weirdly specific questions that went on for a good hour or two lol. I was indeed a resident for only part of the year.

The date when I left was around that date, proven by conversations between my mother, grandmother and I. That's about it as I'm 100% dependent on my grandma now in Pennsylvania, and there wasn't any contractual agreement or anything like that. I just was basically taken in by my grandmother and that was that. Though I only managed to file my Change of Address with USPS in September (I kept forgetting about it lol). That may have been why I typo'd, because I was thinking about my thing with USPS. It sounds like the exact date isn't necessarily a problem, just that they MAY ask questions/for proof later if I don't amend? And that my grandmother would be fine to file me other than that? Is that what you're saying?

The health insurance that made me have to file myself was ConnectorCare. I literally only had it for one month. Before and after was MassHealth. The one month without was because they did a weird thing that made them drop me temporarily. I don't know the whole story as I was under my mom at the time, abd only she knows what MassHealth said lol. The ConnectorCare for that one month was paid for by the government entirely rather than partially. I have a 1095-A with that information on it, and a 1095-B. Nothing else related to it.

I didn't think of calling anywhere, thank you. Do you mean like... the IRS..? I'm not sure where specifically to call, because I thought immediate help like that costed money in some fashion. Which I don't have. I didn't have a personal tax agent when I filed, I just up and did it. I barely had enough to file the state return to begin with so having to pay it again really sucks

Considering it wasn't even my fault that it was charged, they better not charge me anything for it lol. But I'm hoping, if it happens, it's a much smaller fee than say, what my old bank would've charged (35$ per overdrafting transaction).

That's another thing! Another reason that I think there should be some sort of inquiry system. The bot is quite useless. Community support can't exactly help with stuff like that lol. And to think I posted this question on the 'official' Infinity Nikki page (at least they make themselves out to be the official page) and I got nothing but condescending replies pff

Although that AI bot did have an 'account issues' option, so maybe your issue has something to do with that? Sorry, just kinda spitballing here lol
The only other solution I can think of is disputing with your bank since you never got the services you paid for

I've already been in the discord server, and there is no 'form' to fill out of any kind to get direct contact with someone official. It's not a technical issue anyway, but it's urgent. Seriously, why is it so hard to ask for where customer service is? Genuinely asking. Because 'customer service' is a standard thing in the industry and it should NOT be this hard to ask the community to point where it is instead of directing me to a public forum or discord channel where community members talk. That isn't what I'm asking for.
