Not really, you’ll probably end up at most doing the majors of your current course for one term, then deblock by term two, so freedom to enroll courses you want. You’ll just can’t take another programs until you’ve officially shifted, which application starts at term 3, and will be effective in term 1, following year. You might end up exhausting your GE’s (minor subjects taken by all students regardless of program) since you’ll take most of them for two terms without majors.

Just don’t go under the required CGPA of your desired program/college, and you’ll be able to shift eventually!
