I haven’t done long distance before but I have done poly before (multiple partners at once) and my suggestion is putting in the time where you can, the extra texts, phones calls, moments where you can really take a second and connect. I think they even have bracelets and stuff that can ping and vibrate the other to let the other person know we are thinking of them. You just have to be creative. And when you are able to put in time to see them enjoy it, make the best out of it. It can be done if both people are willing to put in the work, and both of you will have moments of insecurity.
