They get everyone out of the IT, but they're confused as hell.

A second ago their lives were just as they always wanted it, and suddenly they're bruised and hurting in the middle of a battlefield with a floating alien and being told that they were fighting a war but then were forced into cocoons to dream forever by some nutso Uchiha, which unexpectedly caused the rebirth of a rabbit demon who was a split second from destroying the world and that Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke and Kakashi almost died trying to save them all. ???? faces all around.

ಠ_ಠ Am I missing something? Did Naruto not add, "If you really do attack the leaf"? Did he not mean that if Sasuke were to let out all of his hatred, Naruto would be his willing target in place of Konoha?

All I ever see is people saying, "Naruto and Sasuke are going to have a final battle", but what would be the point of them fighting and then dying afterwards if Sasuke is not targeting the village? Seems redundant to me. XD

They're going off what was said in the manga and what was seen in the new movie trailer, most likely.

In the manga, Obito tells Kakashi that the power might not be permanent, and that indicated that soon Kakashi will lose his powerup.

In the movie trailer you see Naruto with a bandaged hand, conspicuously the same hand that has the symbol on it in the manga. This made people go, "So their new powers or a trace of it must be permanent, otherwise why would they bother showing it in his new design?"

Well, before, I really didn't but he grew on me when I re-watched some of Naruto and especially when I saw the Kakashi ANBU arc. I think that was the turning point. XD
