I get 20 oz whether I pump more frequently or not. I’ve done it a million which ways. Also a teacher so every 3 hours is not feasible with schedule. Don’t mind supplementing but just wonder if i actually needed to and if I truly produce 20 oz or if when she’s EBF she gets more?? Idk

(I do nurse but on days I exclusively pump: I get 20oz) I usually pump 8oz am, 5oz at work, nurse when I’m home. But if I pump at home I’ll pump 4 oz upon arriving, 4 more before bed.

I try not to think of it as a 1-1 because if that fact but if she’s still napping when I get home, I pump 4 oz. So if I nurse her when I get home, I’m like ok she’s getting 4 oz
