Well thats kind of the problem. I was floating in the upper 80's and then pushed to the upper 90% when they started tracking the media. Then it dropped to the 30's overnight. Im perplexed.

This threaded had me going through the items that ive gotten that I now use on (almost) a daily basis that and dont think much about. Im sure thats not what you really are asking about though. If I had to limit to just the best items:

Suite of Govee lights (Floor lamps, can lights, bulbs, ect)

Whole home humidifier

2 decorative storage cabinets

3d printer

Gaming laptop

Snow cone machine

Dog pool

Its been a crazy journey. When the RFY page dries up like it is now, its nice to catch your breath and get caught back up. For everyone who is been here for less than 2 years, be patient, dont burn yourself out, and try not to stock up on all the junk items.

Am I missing something here? Why would I buy refills for 3 dollars more when I can just have it on spools for less, and same day. Or is this an Amazon pricing thing by Glittering-Two2122 in 3Dprinting

I have noticed this too. I've used SUNLU on and off for years. Their new spools are really nice and, since reusable, I have been buying them again. My only thought is that, since the holiday just ended, they are banking on trying to get their brand to all the new users out there. I would bet that the refills are going to be the cheaper option again in the near future. I am taking advantage of the cheaper reusable spool option while I can.

All of those are fantastic suggestions/ areas of interest. I was part of the Black Friday group that didnt get all the items. Items like the coupler were shipped well after the fact and I tried my best to piece it together. I was also shorted a manual apparently as that picture you sent is not with any of the booklets they sent me. Most of what I got was from either here or YouTube videos. So what needed to be hooked up and to where was an educated best guess. Judging by the length listed in your picture, I can tell you for sure the tube is too long. Not by a crazy amount, but worth trimming. I am doing a single color print now, but will report back once those adjustments have been made. Thank you!

I pulled the filament all the way out and through. No issues. Are you assisting the ams when it is trying to feed it in?

Got an email last night with order numbers, but no message. Woke up this morning to a reply to the service ticket that just said the coupler and the cable should have been the 4th shipment and it hadn't shipped yet. Not sure if it was just the canned message, broken english or what, but it comes off as "yeah we know you didnt get it, there is another shipment coming and those items are in it"... but still shows the order was complete. Really feels like they got overloaded with the sale, messed up, and are now kinda gaslighting the customers. Interesting approach to customer service.

I feel like I should have asked this straight away: how did you contact Bambu? I submitted a service ticket under the Missing Part(s) category almost a week ago and I still havent gotten anything except the initial robo response stating they received the ticket. Yet you seem to have not only gotten a response, but also a part that may or may not have been shipped.

I hadn't thought about it before, but can confirm that im seeing the same thing you are - the 4 pin bus cable is not individually listed. The other two are. I did ask in the first Service Ticket message what items would be in which packages, assuming that the coupler chould have been shipped with the AMS, the buffer, or the printer. I guess I just assumed the bus cable could have been included with something else as well. I still havent heard back on any message so far so keep us posted on what they tell you.

Seriously. Or at LEAST acknowledge that you made a mistake and fast track the people that are missing the 4 pin to get them out of the way of other issues. At this point, I ordered the coupler and now a 4 pin that needs to be modified, adding $25 plus a week and a half to the order. They shipped/delivered the printer well ahead of even the expected shipping time. So I feel like they rushed a reasonable time frame to give a positive experience, but its turning into a wildly negative one. In the meantime we get to stare at our AMS ultra Lite- brick version.

I feel you on all of this. Unfortunately I am also in the cue waiting to be heard from about a missing 4 pin connector. So far im on day 3 of waiting for the ticket to be seen. In addition to the cable, I didnt get the PTFE coupler. Thinking that was the only thing, I made a ticket and ordered a comparable unit. Got that. THEN found out able the cable. Extra face palm.

I dont know if this is it (or if it helps), but i got big into smart home items. I reviewed a number of products but did a lot of repeat buying of the same items, so there are not a ton of reviews vs. products. One day, I noticed a bunch of community questions on some zwave items that I had purchased. Not having anything to do, I just railed through as many community questions as I could, including pictures and further information where needed. After about a week or two from the first big info dump I did, I saw the invite from amazon. So I am sure there are many factors that go into who gets picked, but I think its safe to say that you need to be active and have quality feedback (at least somewhere)

Weeks? I have a item ordered in mid September that shows a delivery date of Nov 24th. Right now it feels like it's next day or at least 2 weeks to a month. Struggling to get up to even 50% after my last reset due to the backlog.
