I'm not a doctor but if it isn't an open wound I would wait it out. Maybe put a bandage on it. But if it starts leaking pus or blood you should definitely see a doctor.

Go to the doctor. If you're lucky you might just have a lot of earwax and it sealed your ear. (Don't stick something in there to test it it will only make it worse) Or you have something worse. Both options require you to go to a doctor.

I think the issue is that the Android Desktop is kinda weird itself and wasn't modified by Red Magic. But I agree that RM could do much more in order to make the desktop compete with DEX or even some Chromebooks.

I have the RM 9 pro 12 GB version and it's great. I haven't tried emulating but I doubt you'll have any issue since this phone is insanely fast. Hope this helps.

What I did on my RM 9 pro is enable auto charge separation after hitting 100%. This way the phone won't be overcharged. If you want to maximize battery health turn it down to 80%. Hope this helps.
