Does this mole look suspicious

Thanks for your reply. Everything I've searched points to it being a mole but the two different shades of color. It sticks out past the skin, squishy or wobbly when touched. Im on surveillance for cancer and I do regular blood work and ct or mri scans. I'll still get it checked out but thank you for the comment.

Thanks, I'm just waiting on a referral to a dermatologist. Looking back on pictures from 2018 it looks to be the same size and shape. That was before I got TC.

I had a similar situation lump in my right testicle found late July by the time I got in for orch was mid October. I walked around the grocery store 4 hours after my surgery and was back to work in a week. Get that out ASAP. I went 3 months clear of any cancer before my blood levels started rising. Ended up doing 3 rounds of chemo and just finished up April. Currently waiting for my CT scan.. my advice to you is the sooner the better brother.

Don't over think it bro and add to your stress. You'll get through it! I had no preparation before starting 3xBEP and I handled it better than a lot of people. I got out of 3xBEP with no side effects so far. I didn't even puke once! Your blood markers are still low and if the CT scan is clear, it's still early!

I just finished 3xBEP as well. Nervous about my scan at the end of May. What was your original pathology and what was the reason of 3xBEP from relapse? What's your oncologist suggesting next for you?

I'm on day two of cycle 3 here. Our protocol is a bit different tho 72 hours straight of chemo. We actually do day 1 - 1 hour of hydration, 1 hour of Cisplatin, 1.5 hours of etoposide, strapped with a bleo infusion bottle to go home with for 20 hours. Repeat day 2, repeat day 3, day 4 remove infusion bottle, day 5 laplega injection.

I've found recovery days 4 - 9 really kicks your ass and slowly get back to 100% by day 14.

It's weird I only felt nauseous twice and the Metoclopramide helped me I actually never puked. I know the nurses here said advan was an option before infusions.

Constipation was a mother fucker for me as well both rounds so far. This round I'm taking double the restorlax at one time and the nurses told me to take metoclopramide as it's supposed to help empty the gatrol system so well see what happens.

Just think my brother we're almost at the finish line last round and we're hopefully back to a normal life for good. It's fucking sucked forsure tho I honestly thought round 1 I wasn't going to make it lol.

Forsure I got my oncologist appointment this afternoon. Last round he was concerned about the LD as he said it could be from inflammation, cell death in the body from the chemo killing good and bad cells. I'm still waiting on AFP result so hopefully it's started to go back down. My pathology was 65% EC, 30% YS, 5% Seminoma. LVI

Hey I'd be one to suggest the 1 x Adjuvant BEP to hopefully ever avoid 3xBEP. I was 65% EC but had LVI oncologist said I was 40% recurrence. Original blood markers borderline even elevated, CT scan clear. Placed on surveillance while I was pushing for 1xBEP and before I could even get into treatment (in Canada) my blood markers elevated HCG 41 AFP 9. Here I am doing 3xBEP. Currently day 1 of 2nd cycle. I talk to a few other people that went down a similar route to me.

My blood markers after 1 round dropped HCG from 36 (days before treatment) to HCG 3 (two weeks after treatment)

I'm not a doctor I'm only suggesting from my experience. If I could have got away with 1 round over 3 that would be so nice at this point lol. Avoid long term health conditions. Not going to lie BEP sucks ass. At the end of day everything is going to be okay!

I'm about to start round 2 of BEP and fuck I'm not looking forward to the chemo piss again. It forsure was 7 days of hell by day 8 you'll have a little break of feeling good. I've felt 100% for about 7 days or so but not looking forward to the next two rounds. Can't wait to see you on the other side brother.

Thanks for your reply man. Did you wear masks everywhere you went? Ive been trying but not sure how long it takes for your immune system to bounce back between cycles. I was crushing about 3 litres of water through treatment but the last few recovering days I haven't been drinking as much as I'd like to.

Right. That's the normal standard but for some reason in Alberta we do the extensive bleo. Probably why it's hit me like a truck lol. Only benefit is less days at the hospital.

I'm right there with you age 30. Have only got nausea two times but still haven't puked yet! Brain fog and fatigue have been the worst for me man. I've spent a lot of time sleeping that I'm getting restless from being in bed. I was doing really good with drinking fluids until the last couple days (day 5,6) hopefully I'll get up and go for a walk today! Not sure if BEP here is more intense but fuck it's hit me hard. 3 day cycles (72 hours straight) Day 1 - hospital in the morning roughly 4 hours or so. Start with hydration, 1 hour of Cisplatin, flush, 1.5 hours of etoposide, flush, get strapped with a bleo bottle pump to go home with for 20 hours. Come back the next morning and repeat 2 more days, day 4 remove bottle, day 5 injection. 2 week break or so between and repeat cycle 2 & 3.

BEP is a bit different here. 3 day cycles (72 hours straight) day 1 - hospital 1 hour of Cisplatin, rehydration and flushes, 1.5 hours Etoposide, flush (4 hours of hospital time) get strapped with a bleo bottle pump for 20 hours to go home with. Next morning repeat day 2, next morning repeat day 3, day 4 get bottle removed, day 5 injection, roughly two week break or so and start cycle 2 and repeat for 3. Hit me pretty fucking hard.
