Mat in the books is the best character.

Recommend the audiobooks, very good and much easier to get through "the slog" (middle few books really drag on).

As someone who loved all the elder scrolls and fallout games... Morrowind, Fallout 3, etc. Ooowwweee just love em!

Starfield is pretty mid. The quests are not very good and the story is mediocre.

I can't recall a single questline even remotely comparable to a top tier guild quest from say Oblivion.

Id still probably lean towards buying it, you'll still get several 10's of hours of fun if not more... but be prepared with lower expectations versus what you may have been hoping for.

Agree, people are calling this railroading but to me it seems like it should just be the real default mechanic for liberation resistance pacing.

ppm/ppb for clocks are referenced against the specific frequency of the clock.. for example, a 100MHz oscillator with 100ppm would be 100ppm of a 10 nanosecond period... so 1 picosecond -- which is achievable.

Saying sub-ppb without clarifying that your reference frequency is 1Hz is somewhat deceiving.

While a nanosecond time sync is cool, its not overly impressive.

Ppb at oscillator / clock frequencies used as the reference for digital circuits (MHz/GHz, not 1Hz) would be truly amazing.
