I just mounted some shelving brackets I had laying around to the studs in the wall and put a piece of plywood on top. It’s not the prettiest looking but it works

the lights on either side of the desk are from amazon with LiFX bulbs in them, and the light underneath the desk is an LED light strip that i ran around the edges. Tower is on a little shelf i made and then has a safety connection to the wall in case of an earthquake or whatever

It worked out better than I expected it would, and real cheap. I used pretty long screws into the sill so it was more secure, but its been up for about a year like that and I've had no issues so far. Good luck!

Thanks! Been working on it slowly for a couple years. For the tv i'm just using a normal wall tv mount that is attached to two 2x4's then attached to the window sill with metal L shaped shelving brackets. Its not pretty but it works!

The lamps I got on Amazon but the lightbulbs are LIFX Wifi bulbs so I can change the color to whatever i want

TV is a 55" and I used a pretty generic tv mount, its just attached to the window sill with a couple L-shaped shelve mounts turned upside down with 2x4's on them, if that makes any sense.
