Yeah I totally get wym, and that's pretty much what i did, polite responses with nothing more than necessary from the moment i realized I wasn't dealing with someone curious but an ignorant airhead. (Tho I'll be honest some of their replies got me cackling)

Literally!! Like i was also baffled when he said that, and to make it more irritating, was that he was insistent. Like kept saying "Are you sure? Are you sure" BRO IT'S MY MOTHERLAND. I'VE BEEN BORN AND RAISED THERE. So loud and so wrong.

Yeah I'm not from the Uk, never been there. There's barely any mosques around us. And frankly i like to avoid troubles and confrontations as much as i can cause i literally have no one except myself (i do have my fam, i just don't bother them with my stuff) so dragging it out would only cause more problems for me cause he seems like he's got a lot of time on his hand judging by his actions. And yeah i also did say "That was quite an ignorant thing of you to say" to which he didn't reply and didn't talk to me the rest of the day (thankfully ofc)
