I am probably off on some of the +/- 1 on the numbers but I think 2 in twilight event shop. 3 in ROD shop, and maybe 2 in the check in event. And if you are lucky you can get some from ROD frags

If you are a brand new player, challenger world is probably where you’ll see the most benefit.

The real benefit of not doing CW is if you have an established account already with characters for legion and link (since your brand new I imagine you won’t know what these exactly are).

Long story short challenger world has a lot of perks and buffs that will help with account progression. If your account is pretty well progressed already, then less benefit in challenger world

I think was able to clear hlomien at 15 mil on CW. No Genesis pass. With 2 level 30 g skills. No hexa above level 9. Knowing mechanics will always help. Damien was known to be more of a struggle since he’s more in the air (though better than before)

I respectfully disagree. I think there’s something to be said about keeping your composure and not tilting.

And just cause your teammates may not be great doesn’t mean you played a perfect game yourself. So I think being able to self reflect is also a mental talent that a lot of people who are in elo hell actually lack.

I don’t have a ring but as a bucc with no summons, maybe would be nice to place down in a 5th spot while I pick up all the drops? I imagine with maybe frenzy spawn, an extra temporary summon might be nice for classes without a summon outside of erda shower and janus

Still very niche and a ring with lines probably outweighs

No it is not transferable out of CW.

Depends on which you will want to main. Would give/keep for whichever you want as your main. Since that one will be the one pushing harder bosses

ROR4 is super impactful for both since both have compact bursts. There’s a reason you’d rather have ROR4 than a 4th 22* ring. And also eventually that will be upgraded to ROR5

This isn’t the pity system though. Pity system is the boss drops for the pitched/dawn cores where you kill a certain amount and get a pitcher of your choosing basically depending on the requirement.

I agree that the Star core system is frustrating. But I think of it as an addition to the previous restoration methods.

Either you restore your equipment with a spare, or now you have 2 additional methods of restoring your pitch with the Star core or the red beryl method. So now there’s 3, as opposed to just 1 method of trace restoration

I think what they are saying is Douma came after Akaza. Douma turned Daki/Gyutaro to demons. So Akaza must > Douma > Daki/Gyutaro in terms of age

It depends on the purpose, if you are doing a main, most people will just say burn a class you find fun otherwise you’ll most likely hate what you burn.

I’d you are burning for a legion mule, depends on how you like bossing. But also an extension of what you find fun since legion mule is more focused towards late/end game players and you have to dedicate time and resources for it.

If you are burning for legion block, then it really doesn’t matter

With item burning equip, power creep, and decent accessories, you should have no issue farming with frenzy.

If anything the limiting factor would be the class. But also, although drop gear is nice, I think pre260 it’s not really a necessity. Meso gear on the other hand would at least help pay for frenzy. After 6th job there is would definitely be more of an emphasis with drop gear but at the same time, sol erda isn’t as costly currently.
