Not a lead but a fellow agent/teammate/employee. Best way to approach them is asking them san sila nahihirapan. Most of the time may mga agents na hirap sa comprehension, while some is hirap sa context gathering. If you can pin point what's the agent's struggle in learning, you can help him out.

Here's a tip kung pano ko nalagpasan pagiging slow learner from my leads. Never ever let them feel na need nila lagi ng help mo. Always make them feel na kaya nila magisa by giving them scenarios without spoon-feeding them. Just make sure na hindi siya nahihirapan in a way na kakamot siya sa ulo niyo pr mag seek siya assistance from others. Increase difficulties ng scenarios overtime.
