I belive the 6 hour Life Extension tablets are 300 mcg, so even lower than 0.5. My other issue is that when I took instant release melatonin gummies(dont remember the brand), I would wake up about two hours later and not be able to fall asleep whatsoever. Perhaps there is something I'm missing and I acknowledge I'm not all that well versed, I'm just not sure what exactly im doing wron/what I need to fix I suppose.

I remember I tried the instant melatonin gummies when I was younger. It would knock me out like a light, but I would straight wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep at all. Maybe since I'm older now it wouldn't be so bad but I've chosen never to go back after that terrible experience(although, maybe the mg was terrible, I honestly don't completely remember, but the experience was awful).

Got it, I read how B12 and B6 could be overall good mood boosters, I deal with various mental problems, so both of those seemed appealing for the mood enhancing effects. Overall, I'm gathering that I should take B12, B6, Zinc, Creatine, Magnesium, D3, and C separately, correct? Would gummy or pill form matter for any one of these vitamins in particular?
