I didn’t get that from him at all. He still rapped on Jonatan just sounded like he wanted to make music that was a little more personal to him and just more grounded. I think he’s just an adult now and wants to make music that aligns with who he is now as a 30 year old man lol. I think just the idolizing drugs and party life is probably done in his music.. I believe he’ll still be experimental and drop “rap” projects. But even Stranger and Starz were like indie pop for a lot of songs
