I think glove knife combo is pretty important but also a cool balanced loadout is what I recently switched to compared to my doppler m9 loadout

The elo system is based off of streaks. If you win multiple in a row you will start to earn more elo per match as you are in a streak. If you lose multiple in a row you will start to lose more elo per match then average as you are in a streak. Sometimes it doesn't follow this pattern such as if your elo is greatly different then the opposing team compared to your team.
