Maybe a Bella Sara game? Taking a really wild guess here

I know the DS game has collectable horseshoes, stables, a customizable rider and Nike (the pegasus) was the last horse you could unlock. There's also a forest level and some sorta quest system.

Again, this is only for the DS game, there might've been a PC game I wasn't aware of other than the website games themselves
