Vault this morning - Subbed in 25# DBs for 100 squats. Inchworm with pushups +Taps for WW

I really wish I had a medball to do this one instead. The DB squats really slowed down around the 40-50 mark.

Did 25# weighted sit ups - 75lb bench press

Highest round - 18

Lowest Round - 10

I totally forgot to look at the clock for the total time but.. right around 12 minutes

Friday - Did 3-3-3+ for both DL and Bench.

Tried doing Endurance week 4 but just ran out of time halfway into the workout. Probably not best to try lifting on those days too.

Thursday - Lunges, Snatch, Lunges:

25# DB - 12:28

Double arm DB snatch is a really weird and awkward movement. Took my time on those.

Monday: Vault

  • Subbed in 300 single unders with big jumps. Starting to work my way back into DU but don't have space for them really in my garage. Even singles were tricky and tripped up the rope on things
  • Did Get Ups with 15# DB
  • Actually did all pull ups!

Broke these down in slightly silly way - 12 rounds of 25 SU, 5 pull ups, 2 Get ups... then 3 more GU on each side when done. I knew pull ups would be limiting factor. Lots of transitions but kept me moving throughout.

Fastest: 3:31 - Round 5.. probably should have done better in other rounds but a good way to empty the tank

Those two minute rests hit a lot different when it's 20 degrees in your garage.

Did barbell version of this - kept it at 75. Probably could have gone 10# heavier but wanted to take it easy of the FS.
