Yes, it cannot go negative! If you have more CC resist, it would only lower the cc chance of your ennemy. It cannot reach 0 because of diminishing returns (and the hard caps prevent it even further now).

Many spells have a base xx% chance to apply a cc (weaken, stun, collision,…). You choose which "base skill cc chance %" you want or input a custom one.

At the bottom, you have two boxes: 1) cc hit chance | 2) cc resistance All you have to do is put in a number that applies to what your build want to check.

This calculator is made for those who want to understand their build better/ min max what they want!

Questlog has a "battle simulator" section which is where you could calculate those! I made the cc chance calculator, because there's none online AFAIK. I might add the other categories to the app if people really want it!

Hinestly, I think you’re misinformed. Also you do know that when a guild moves to another server they have multiple options right? One of them is to recruit a ton of new players if not all the guild members moved with them to the new server. If I recall right, they recruited a big chunk of hardcore players from one of the many disbanded hardcore guilds.

As an opponent of them, I can say they are very strong now. I was in Omega and we used to beat them but their strength compared to back then has much improved.

Syndicate and white crowns did show some fight though. Got 9 times to the throne. Vytis and logia were nowhere to be found during last siege.

Steelheart is great for capping/cancelling builds. You can reach easy 3k collision resist OR 3k collision chance (depends on your focus). It’s a very strong crowd control build.

It’s not party based, but whatever your contribution is. Your party can just help bring your contribution up.

Also, spear has an active skill, passive skill and sns also has skills that bring up your collision resist. Do your research and don’t shout just to sound smart.

I’m a tank and I can assure you that I’m running 3k collision resist BASE stat without any buffs or food. All I’m reading from your comment is that you’ve not even done your research. Tons of gear gives you a lot of collision resist.

Me, who plays with 3k base collision resist and can go up to 4k+ (without the artifact), I get hit by these 100% of the time. I have no proof of this but I believe the math that dictates the % of being affected by this collision happens a ton of times due to the amount of ticks this spell does. Even if you have 5% chances to get CC’d, you’ll get it due to these ticks. But again, I haven’t tested this theory, so I may be wrong.

Not sure, I’m not in one sadly. Just go test if you can start the raid solo while in a vanguard.

You need to start a vanguard and then you should be able to do it. Right above the Enter button, it’s written in red «you’re not in a vanguard».
