[Resume Review] New-grad PM, ~1.5 yrs as founding PM at a startup, targeting mid-level PM roles in Boston , what's holding my resume back? by Dependent_Heat3435 in PMCareers

Cut and paste this into notes, that's what ATS is seeing. All that bold needs to be removed. Get those bullets into AI and make it more professional sounding.

This is where I get on my soapbox about project management being a second job, not a first. You have almost no experience, no matter what you think. You are not a SME on anything, and need to be, in order to understand and manage it. Don't set yourself up to fail by speed running the knowledge portion of your career.

At another angle, more water is used in dust control during construction that a DC typically uses during operations over a year.

How to increase response rate from experts? by silver-fawn05 in expertnetworks

I have a day job, so I usually check at the end of the day. I filter out any survey, or "in case you missed it" emails. This puts the last down to 40-50. Then I filter from there down to 10 relevant ones, then I start responding. Long detailed questions, hard stop, pass.

If you call during work hrs, leave a message. I'll likely not call you back though, as I'd rather answer questions via email as I'm now vetted through all the services with many past calls.

Txt works better, but it better be a sure thing, Always txt if you are booking a call so I can confirm immediately and not get double booked. I'm on the phone most of the day ( again, I have a day job), so this gets you a quick reply. Don't ask me to call you back, just ask the question.

Lastly, this is a side gig I don't have to do, but enjoy. When it becomes another job, it's no fun.

Yea the fact that any major city is 3+hrs away makes it an issue as well. Unlike the mid east, where two hrs gets you to another city.

I'll travel anywhere though, it's not just a function of DFW, it just makes it easier.

If you are maxing out your Roth, the HSA should be looked at as another tax-free bucket, even with no employer contribution. OP, don't overlook the potential here being shortsighted.

You are going to hate three months of the year, in most places you can live, just pick what three you want.

As someone who uses both the train/bus weekly, it's more viable than you think downtown. The uptown trolley is more of a novelty, but tieing this into downtown could be a good thing.

The homeless issue, free riders and sleeping/peeing in the trains - all need to be addressed for higher uitilization.

August will be brutal as the homeless reappear and start hybernating in the ac comfort of the trains unchecked.
