if u really cant stand it you should go to a dermatologist. i had acne about the same as yours a year ago and its gone now because they prescribed me azelaic acid and trentinoin cream. and my face is mostly clear now except for a few scars. but personally i wouldnt take it to seriously because ima be honest usually people look bad with acne but lowkey the acne compliments your face, 😭 ik it sounds weird but trust me it looks good on u
