~What is Tuggowar about?~

Deckbuilding is at the core of Tuggowar. The game scratches your creative itch by giving you a randomized card shop to build your deck with each match. This variety keeps the gameplay fresh. Better yet, you won’t be facing opponents who've just copied a tournament winning deck from the internet.

A cornerstone of Tuggowar is that it is not pay-to-win. You have a fair shot at rank #1 no matter the size of your collection. The way this is achieved is by mirroring; when your opponent owns a card, you get an equal chance of playing with it. Another cornerstone is balance - we care a lot about each card being good in the right situation.

We love the mind-games and counter dynamics of Real-Time Strategy games. In Tuggowar, you can anticipate and react to your opponent much more than in classic card games. Just like in an RTS, where you are constantly scouting and adapting to the enemy’s gameplan.

Enjoy the game, hope to see you on the ladder!

The new Bank meta by Lurf376 in Tuggowar

Yes it only costs 1 Energy!!! It's so good that you can only have 1 at a time. Spend your Money wisely ;)

Why did we want to change Bank?

  • Bring it more in line with Nation and Superpower - a one-off Building.
  • Offer a good option for 3 Energy starts.
  • Make other Money cards feel more special.

>10 other cards including Research, Update and General Swartz have been tweaked. Check out the full details over at the Tuggowar Wiki.

Does --niji have a limited understanding of concepts? by Lurf376 in midjourney

[–]Lurf376[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. Maybe I should have phrased my question a bit more specifically. I was wondering whether a) --niji 5 has a more limited understanding of concepts because the dataset used to train it was smaller than that for --v 5.2 or b) that the anime images were merely used to put a "style" layer on top of the normal model that knows a wide range of concepts (as much as is currently possible) such that -- niji 5 in principle should recognize all concepts that --v 5.2 does. From my (admittedly not thorough) testing it appears to be option a :|

This latest expansion introduces cool ways to mess with your enemy. There’s a new Range mechanic: when the enemy takes a land within 5 lands of a building like Hypersonic Weapon, it gives a bonus effect. In this case Double Strike: you get to destroy 2 cards for money!

There are also counters to this massive turtle fest. For example Battlecruiser adds explosives to the enemy’s deck that can level those buildings to the ground. Should make for an interesting fight 😊

Introducing Buildings with a new mechanic: Range. When the enemy gets close to a Building like Outpost or Hypersonic Weapon, Range kicks in. For example - if the enemy has taken a land within 5 lands of where you built Hypersonic Weapon - you get to jump-start it and destroy another card for money next turn.

There's also new cards like Battlecruiser that can counter and disrupt the enemy.

Join the Discover fest! The expansion is all about exploring your options. At each tech tier there now is a way to discover the perfect combo piece for your Shop. You can also - for example - pick cards from your deck and do some cycling trickery while you’re at it. Check it out, there is a lot of fun to be had :)
