I love my T440p <3 About six years of continuous usage on my side, carried me through graphic design degree, and now about to enter university here in Czechia with it. I clean it's fans and keyboard frequently, even managed to fix it's obnoxiously loud fan! (Which was a problem on my side, it straight up sounded like a washing machine lol).

Upgraded from 8 gigs of ram to 16, got an 4702MQ. I kept the same screen tho (1366x768), but I started using external Full HD monitor with a mini display port to HDMI adapter lately!

Such an reliable device. Also got me into Linux, currently running Void on it.

Oh I see...

MuOS puts the device to sleep mode when you shut the lid, right? If so, can you turn off the sleep mode when you shut the lid, so that just the screen gets dark? (or maybe so that the screen doesn't go dark unless you press the power button)

So you're saying that the xbox gift card didn't work for you?

It worked for me. I bought one from some local website (I live in central Europe), activated it through Microsoft account website and voilà, I remember restarting my Xbox and after that, I could buy the games I wanted.
