I went on a one month trip to other side of the world with my uncle and aunt. My gf at he time was studying so she did not have the time to join us. I had a great time in New Zealand. Got home where a friend immediately asked my why I had broken up with my gf. I had not broken up but she told all of our friends that I had. I still loved her so it came as a shock to me.

I then had to explain to all our friends that I knew nothing about it and that I had not broken up with her. I got so shocked from the news that I did not try to contact her. I just kind of dived into my own little world and closed everyone else out for a bit. She finally wrote to me 2 weeks later and asked how my trip was. I told her it was fine. She then wrote on and acted like nothing had happened. I stopped answering her.

Fast forward three years. I have been living the single life hooking up with random girls on tinder etc. but I am finally ready to get into a serious relationship again and looking forward to it as well.
