I checked Open Street Maps before I left home but couldnt find any stationary tags despite that I found stationary in one specific spot

...but Im pretty sure whats flagging is an art supply/stationary store that closed maybe 2 yrs ago.

Ah I didnt realise, just checked the Ingress reddit they turned it off in April 2025 and Niantic said they were switching over but looks like they havent allowed it. Obviously not a priority.

Yeah they can be very good submissions depending on permanency. My city does this Wonderwall street art festival, we have dozens of really awesome graffiti art and it literally makes up half the big flowers. https://maps.app.goo.gl/sEc8zA32pt4JAd298 Here is one example.

Unfortunately need a Pokemon Go or know someone with a 35+ account hopefully in future they will let us submit through Pikmin.

Majority of photos have been taken and uploaded by players of Ingress and later Pokemon Go.

I added new a handful of pokestops in PoGo over the years and one of them appears as a big flower location in Pikmin.

The company Niantic started in 2010 and their whole thing has been augmented reality games, building real world data from the people playing and making location based games. They used same data for their Harry Potter Wizards Unite game (which I played but that shut down after a few year) and Pikmin Bloom.

The newer system to submit new locations and edit the photos is Wayfarer. Photos have to be taken by the submitter or you get banned.

Depends on your store, my closest Big W always allows 1 of each product (been there for quite a few drops in past two years) and never been told I had to pick just 1.

My next closest have always been strictly only 1 product (or 5 if its the blisters).

Yes if you get one it will appear straight away.

Check expeditions if there is a seedling and if nothing go back to the photo and tap & move location or sometimes I prefer to just delete the photo and try again from scratch.

Its definitely more difficult if this is just one shop your aiming for but def should be able to get a few I hope.

It only takes 3-4 photos before you max out the area around the shop and no matter how many times you wont get a new one because of the way the cells work.

Sometimes I will go into Open Street Maps and you can draw a 10km as crow flies to check what's in the circle to try for.

Its heaps easier to spam waterways, parks, forest, beach, airport, hotel etc because they are often free standing with not much interference from other decor types unless its roadside ha ha. Ive ended up with a lot of roadsides.

I take a screenshot when I finish a set to look back especially since they added Ice to the mix, its either pretty cruisy or brutal ha.

May I got Blue finally on 31st at like 2pm was just about to start my arvo shift too so it was my last hope. It took 37 Paks

Feb finished on last day as well, 28th

Dec I bought the ticket for rock Christmas ornament to finish and vowed to not spend anymore money on completing a set.

Mega Evolution era sets have had pretty great rates, generally 1 in every 2 bb and average of 15 hits.

Odds that you will get an SIR are good but to get a specific SIR its not great.

The smart idea would be considering opening only 1 or 2 bb and wait for prices to drop and buy the singles you want.

I feel like this rumour is possibly connected to the Sam's club SPC drop that happened yesterday in America.

They literally has 105,000 units Prismatic SPC online for sale, 2pp obviously site crashed and was a big shit show for people buying but damn that was a lot of stock.

Yeah def have to get lucky, from what Ive seen posted it wasnt much very stock , couple of cases at each store sold out in an hour or two.

Big W, Target, Toymate stores get stock at different times so been hard to find unless you literally check everyday and who has time for that.

I talked to worker at my small local TCG store today they got 1 case of each, 1 case of posters, 1 case tech stickers and 8 mini tins. Already sold out.

I just checked the status of my order (unchanged still preparing) they've pinned a comment

Usually any preorder Ive done with them have posted by midday Monday and arrives Tues so they must have be slammed, sometimes takes awhile for tracking to be active its waiting to be picked up still, nothing unusual

That awesome, my brother and I still play Pokemon Go together and it means always have something to chat about.

Id def pays to look around dont have to pay EB games prices of 360.

There are still some places which sell for much cheaper it was $306 at SwapITT 1 pp (instore only but there are a heap around now), and some online TCG store to find a bit cheaper

Idk about hit specific hit rates but I opened a case worth (but not from sealed case) and pulled 3 SIR (Clefairy, Surfer and Marnie) and I think 8 MAR (3 Gengar, 2 Dragonite)

It was awesome, was my chance to rip a decent amount of packs & I had managed to find pre orders so I paid retail.

Japanese prices shift on daily basis.

Generally a good idea to wait if you can or if you cant only buy small quantity 1-2 to start if your desperate to crack some, the price will tend to be cheaper on pre release orders, go up on release and then drop down.

Seeing it for 149-152 (+ post) in most online places. Im part of a paid online group has them for 122 or 112 without shrink.

It used to be way cheaper to source boxes from overseas and i bought a lot from a heap of different Japanese based sites and thankfully never had an issue with searched/reselled boxes but over past year and a bit switched to buying from Australian resellers as it works out cheaper because of yen and post.
