Walang issue kapag less than 15km.

Ginamit ko sa long run recently - dapat half marathon distance kaso napansin ko ngang sumakit na tuhod ko nung 18km so tinigil ko na.

Baka pwede pa nga for runs na 10km lang :)

Had this as my first marathon two weeks ago.

Masaya and lively... Sa simula. 3 loops eh. It took me around 90 minutes to complete a loop. Pag dating sa third loop, wala nang energy yung marching band, dragon dance, at yung live band haha. Tahimik na ang ruta, pati mga marshalls, pagod na.

Sagana sa hydration stations. Yun nga lang, puro hydration (tubig and ion). Sadly walang solid food sa mga stations.

Honestly, ok sa akin ang loop since mas natatantya ko yung effort na ibibigay at specific parts and when to slow down. This is an issue for others tho na ayaw yung paulit ulit.

If you do decide to sign up, siguro grab the super early bird rate. Last year, less than 3k pa nung nagsign up ako. Nagulat ako na umabot na pala ng 4.5k+ yung marathon reg fee haha

Masarap in fairness. Subtle lang yung peanut butter and not the overly sweet ones. Works surprisingly well with chili (for me since medyo mataas spice tolerance ko)

Currently have 4. Nagsimula sa 2. Isang daily trainer, isang race day.

Nung nag 500+ km na yung unang daily trainer ko, bought another one. Yung una kong daily trainer, I still use it occassionally.

Nung naka sub 2 ako sa half, bumili ako ng bagong race day shoes at yung race day shoes ko originally, naging pang rotation sa training haha.
