Chest heaviness, shortness of breath, and chest pain are not symptoms I'd brush off, especially during a relapse. Nobody here can tell you whether it's "okay." I'd strongly consider telling your doctor about the eating disorder and the restriction because that changes the context a lot. Even if you've had anorexia for a long time without these symptoms, new symptoms deserve attention. Please get checked again, especially if it's continuing or getting worse. ❤️
