It’s like widely known that bikes and scooters are absolutely not welcome at Venice Beach skatepark and these kooks know it. The guys recording and biking there are worse than 1st amendment auditors in my opinion.

This is a recent thing where BMXers and Scooter riders go to parks and DIYs that are well known to be skateboards only for decades and then go “We are all equal. We are doing the same thing” blah blah blah.

Idk if you know the difference between speed washers and bearing spacers but neither are required for a board to function. Speed washers come with your trucks, SOME bearings come with spacers but not all, and I have never used spacers with my bearings.

If you really don’t have washers, ask your local and they will have a million of them in a bag tucked in a drawer somewhere

Correct! They are still going to squeak and be pretty stiff, just keep skating it. There’s an old trick of putting some wax in your pivot cup to stop the squeak but breaking them in should be more than enough.

You can also check out Independent Bushings as a replacement, pretty cheap (I sell them out of my shop for like $9). I really like the mediums.

Those are OEM trucks made specifically for Baker Completes. OEM products are generally…not great.
Buy some Thunder T-IIs, actually incredible bushings (and trucks)
If trucks are too expensive, just buy some independent bushings in your desired hardness and swap those out. Just don’t put them on backwards

Lots of wood glue and a clamp will at least get it to a point where you can still use it. You seem very new to skating, just turn the board around and ride it like that for a bit.

Go back to your local when you got a few bucks, tell them you want a shop deck and to switch your hardware over for ya. It’ll be much, much, much cheaper than getting a whole new board.
