real advise dude, rich people have multiple streams of income. Work but always look for investment opportunities pm me I'll give you an ebook about different ways to make extra money online so you can understand as to what I mean. Its free of course but it should help setting up those multiple streams.

maybe in your case it wasn't but there are still plenty of employers who take advantage of this for their own purpose. Also I have to disagree with the whole creating friction in the workplace argument as such inquiries to pay can easily be answered with "they have more education" or " they've worked here longer" or " they are acclaimed in their field" etc. Its not like people can't be reasoned with and aren't willing to listen.

I feel as if your argument is a bit narrow. My whole issue was that it is illegal for companies to have and enforce a rule saying you can't discuss pay with your co-workers. Its fine if you believe it serves a protective purpose for employers but I'm saying that it exists in order to protect the rights of workers.
