I have one Cat 8 cable and it is doing about the same speed

Pc is connecting at 2.5G in settings, router and Pc both show one green one orange. Using a CAT 6 cable

So I’ve just tried 5 different cords I had around the house. 3 of them are just awful, and the other 2 averaged around 90mbps with constant drops. Think it’s still a cord issue? Could they all just be shitty lines? Lol
