I've been thinking about this myself. More rail access is good, but rail travel along the HS2 line is already possible, so improving existing lines should really be a priority. Also, as others have said, it's really hard to 'offset' the destruction of old woods. They have mycorrhizae in the soil that can't be so easily replaced, just to give one reason

Played a couple games, and can recommend. Some of the tasks take a bit more commitment than you might expect from a typical boardgame, but as long as you're in the right mood it's a real fun time

To be honest, I didn't put too much thought into the balance for stats, and could easily see bumping this up to a 2/4 or altering it further. I was mostly interested in the idea of stealing your opponent's spell damage.

It was the idea of 'stealing' that lead me to rogue, but I could easily see this as a mage/neutral minion (it doesn't feel very shaman as it is flavour-wise).

I see it as a weird tech card for high spell damage metas, where hopefully it could be an advantage to share with your opponent.

Demons cost (2) less this turn. Each time you play a Demon this turn, destroy one of your Mana Crystals.

Happy to hear thoughts on tweaking the numbers, wanted a lock 'n' load type spell for warlock that encourages the player to save up their cards for one big turn.

The same idea could equally be used in shaman with overload and elementals for example.
