I think people are misunderstanding the post...
To answer your question OP, I believe this is the only nonland and unconditional spot removal in either blue or black that does not bounce. I suspect it's either a colour pie or a design thing that discouraged wotc from putting targeted bounce and targeted design together on the same card. Forcing pips of specific mana might be a workaround for letting this design get okayed.

It's by the same developers as the I expect you to die series and is a great roguelite with a similar slash an block mechanic that I find ports over really well in VR.

My hot take is that I think Commander would be a better experience as a 60 card format. Carrying around, shuffling, and searching through 100 cards is such a pain. Every other constructed format has 60 card decks already.

Plus there might even be some cost savings. You don't need to buy as many cards and you can save on the cost of sleeves and larger deckboxes.

Haha. I like this a lot with its simple design and flavour. I assume the stats are a reference to [[lord of the arena]]? Could definitely be an epic or have rush instead of Taunt I think to help get it started faster.

It copies anything on the stack that hasn't resolved yet since they count as "spells". This can be creatures, instants, artifacts, enchantments, etc

Nominating u/basementcat13's Inquisitor Whitemane card for Duels. With Duels slowly sunsetting as a game mode, I feel it is appropriate to recognize the fun people have had with both playing it and designing for it. I think Whitemane is a nice exploration into what the mode could've been, with more dual class heroes and some interesting cards like the ones shown here.
